Onsite Inspection 

Allow our highly qualified staff members to be here to assist with all of your questions. With any new flooring from our flooring samples of water-resistant laminate, vinyl plank, tile, and engineered hardwood flooring, you’ll be sure to find the perfect match for your home. We provide a free site inspection so that we can accurately measure, check subfloors and discuss your design goals with you in person before any installation.

Underlayment 

Underlayment is a thin layer of material such as cork, rubber, or foam. This layer of Material help cushions sound absorption, and insulation and reduce wear with your flooring. To get perfect results, we will install the underlayment and then we will install your flooring on top. This will provide you with extra sound insulation, heat insulation, and even protection from dampness in the air. We make sure that your underlayment is properly installed and follows all proper guidelines. This helps to ensure your flooring installation goes smoothly, 

Flooring Installation

There are four different installation methods. that change based on the type of flooring you choose and the type of subfloor you have. The most common installation methods include floating floor, direct glue-down, nail or staple-down, and adhesive and cushion methods. Each of these methods has its specific instructions and requires a different type of flooring material for optimal results. To ensure a successful installation, make sure you research the type of subfloor you have so that you can properly select the right installation method and materials.

Solid Hardwood and Engineered Flooring

This type of flooring can be installed in 2 different ways. Glue down or nail down, or in some cases, we use both. If your subfloors are concrete, we use moisture barrier glue. This step will prevent the floors from buckling up or getting warped.

If the subfloor is plywood, we nail it down to the plywood subfloor. To get the best results, we also use moisture barriers.

Laminate & Vinyl Plank

A more affordable and very versatile flooring option, laminate and vinyl plank are popular and aesthetically pleasing. Usually, these flooring comes with a click system that connects, so they are often called “flotation floors”. They are competitive in pricing, but vinyl plan has added benefits of a water proof material, and they can last longer. 

Clean Job Site

We will clean up the job site of the project, making sure everything is done to your satisfaction and making corrections if needed. We’ll take all the necessary steps to ensure that everything is done properly, and we will also provide detailed documentation so that you can keep track of our process. Our goal is to make sure that your job site looks professional and efficient while delivering a quality result.
